What do you have to organize and pay for individually?
We have put together an (almost) all-inclusive package for you, so you only have a few expenses on site:
- Arrival (by flight, train, car)
- Alcoholic drinks (if not included in the package)
- Drinks (after dinner at the “History” hotel and dance bar)
- Excursions on Wednesday afternoon (to be booked in advance)
- Departure (by flight, train, car)
The hotel also offers rental bikes to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.
HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE TO PAY?
Hotel Package + Excursions (to be paid to the hotel via your National Shuffleboard Association)
(6 nights full-board plus, starting with dinner on Sunday September 28th 2025 and ending with breakfast on Saturday October 4th 2025)
All rooms offer a desk, Wi-Fi, minibar, flat-screen TV, shower/WC with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, make-up mirror, bathrobe and sauna towels; Double Room (comfort) also has balcony and lake view
Single room (economy) € 1.001,– p.p.
Twin room (classic) € 836,– p.p.
Double room (classic) € 836,– p.p.
Double room (comfort) € 896,– p.p.
Special price for children and teenagers up to 15 years in a room with two full-paying guests, price on request.
If you would like to stay a few days before or after the tournament, the daily rate (including breakfast) will be € 95,– for a single room or € 67,50 in a twin or double room or € 77,50 p.p. in a Double room (comfort) or with half board (breakfast and dinner + soft drinks) € 128,– in a single room or € 100,50 in a twin or doubleroom or € 110,50 p.p in a Double room (comfort).
The excursions on Wednesday afternoon (to be booked in advance to be booked in advance) are payable additionally; optional:
– Fulda, baroque city (number of participants min. 25 max. 45) € 40 p.p. First come first serve!
– Merkers Adventure Mines (number of participants min. 30 max. 60) € 50 p.p. First come first serve!
– Point Alpha, memorial site (number of participants min. 25 max. 45) € 40 p.p. First come first serve!
National presidents will collect these fees and pay directly to the hotel.
+ Tournament Package fee (to be paid to the German Shuffleboard Association via your National Shuffleboard Association)
(court transportation, tournament play, tournament director, photographer, welcome package with name tag and lanyard, various evening events)
In addition to the hotel package (+ excursions) there is a tournament package of € 100 per participant.
National presidents will collect these fees and pay directly to the German Shuffleboard Association.
+ Additional ISA fee for players (to be paid to the International Shuffleboard via your National Shuffleboard Association)
In addition to the hotel package/excursions) and the tournament package fee above, there is an ISA Player registration fee of $ 75 USD per player. National presidents will collect these fees and pay directly to the ISA Treasurer (Beth Allen).
